Studycast Fast-Switch
Studycast Support received a request to grant you access to our system through a second Studycast user ID. In order to make this easier for you, we have created a 'fast switch' for you.
A fast switch will allow Studycast users to switch between two different Studycast user ID's that belong to the same individual user. The user will not have to login again and remember additional passwords.
These ID's will have access to separate Studycast accounts, or two user types on the same account with different permissions.
To use your fast switch,
please click on the drop down menu next to the 'logged in as' text in the upper
right hand corner of your studies page on Studycast Studycast.
Here you will be
presented with the other user ID's your primary account has been associated
with by Studycast Support. Click on the desired account login
On your first login to
the new user account, you will be asked to enter a temporary password provided
to you by your account administrator, or Studycast Support. After entering this
temporary password, you will be prompted that your password
has expired, and asked to create a new one. The new password you set here should match the
one used for your primary login. This will allow you to freely switch between logins going
forward without needing to remember a separate password for each account.
You're now logged in on your other Studycast user ID!
